I first met Jackie very breifly at a bridal show she attended with her friends (who of course turned out to be her wedding party) and while we didn’t get to chat long - we did get to reconnect when she called to consider me for capturing her wedding day in June because her wedding planner, the always awesome Danielle from Camellia Lane Events had referred me.

It was great to get to know these two and they have a long history together already. One surprising thing about them is - we have a mutual friend/relative! And we didn’t realize it until the day when, during capturing the guests arriving at the church at St. Mary’s College Chapel, all of a sudden- I heard my name being called out loud. And in a bit of a surprise - I turned to look and it was Bibsy, who I’ve known since I was a kid!!! She happens to be one of my Tita’s/Auntie’s bestest friends (and my Aunt lives in Southern CA) - and it turns out - Bibsy is Jackie’s Tita! SUCH A SMALL WORLD!!!

After the ceremony we headed to Oakland for the reception at The Terrace room. Such a great gem of a venue. The Staff is always wonderful. The reception kicked off with lots of dancing, joy, some tears and plenty of laughter.
